A diverse workforce brings a variety of perspectives, experiences, and ideas to the table. This Diversity of thought can lead to better problem-solving, innovation, and decision-making, as employees with different backgrounds and perspectives can approach problems in unique ways.
We are very proud of the Diversity of our employees. Companywide we speak more than 35 different languages and there are 40 nationalities represented in our workforce! That’s why Diversity is an important topic for us all year round!

Take time regularly to reflect on the Diversity in your work environment: Who have you consciously asked for help lately? Did you ask people that you usually wouldn’t ask? Which new person would you like to ask for help in the future? You can also make a list of the colleagues that you ask for advice regularly and consciously contact somebody that is not on that list the next time you need help.
